Carpet samples for Grand Designs visitors
Thursday, November 10, 2011 at 6:17PM We have done our best to ensure that samples requested have been sent out. It is, however, inevitable that there are one or two mismatches of information and so we have not been able to complete them all.
Therefore, if you feel that you have not got your samples or the correct ones, please accept our apologies and make contact. We shall try to do better!
We are in the process of following up enquiries and do understand that some projects are medium or long term. We do want to be in a position to supply the ones that are more short term and are trying to maintain stocks according to best information available so that we can react when needed.

That's very nice of you to really apologize. With this, I hope that your clients will understand and will cooperate so you can provide them the correct samples.

Mistakes can happen with any company and they do all the time so I am sure people will understand!
