NEW PRODUCTS !!
In response to market trends and the requests of customers, we are pleased to say that we are trialling some new stripe designs for introduction into our popular 'Graphite' range over the next few weeks. As soon as we have meaningful pictures available, we shall release them.

We are delighted to announce that we shall be exhibiting on Hotel Stand 74 of The Lakeland Hospitality Show and shall be pleased to welcome all visitors to examine our broadloom carpets and tiles, all made from local wools. If you are a hotelier, guest house owner, architect, interior designer, specifier or contractor, we can offer a natural or coloured sustainable 'carpet with a conscience', either from stock or to bespoke order.

It is perhaps appropriate to start off the New Year by reacting to popular demand and launching 2 new 'Colourwash' shades to complement the 'Graphite' range. They will be a 'Beige' and a 'Brown' and will be the only 'Colourwash' products to be available from stock in the standard 45oz quality.

Thank you to all the many visitors who came to see us at the Westmorland Show. We were pleased to be able to talk to people about what we are trying to do with Cumbrian wools. We are most grateful for the encouraging and complimentary comments that we have received and will continue to do our best to promote these wonderful natural local resources.
Whilst we make a prominent statement about the use of Herdwick and Swaledale wools in our products, we do use Cheviot wool in our Paintbox range. This wool provides a crisp and bulky base to the yarn.
Also, we are working on the possibility of launching a product incorporating Rough Fell, a most important and historic Cumbrian wool. Its natural white colour would fit in well with the graded greys of the Swaledale and Herdwicks. Unfortunately, on account of its fibre characteristics, it is not possible to use it in its entirety but as a component in a blend. We should like to assure all producers of this wool that we will do our very best to make positive progress.
